Packing

Each item is using simple packing, every set packed in a plastic bag and 10 sets in a big plastic bag.

Custom & Taxes

Price listed is Australia GST inclusive. For other country, local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.

Discount policy (Applicable to registered wholesales customers only).

We offer 5% discount if the total is above $500, 10% discount if total is above $1000 and 15% if total is more than USD$1,500 (excluding delivery cost).
If you need to order more than $2,000 or 100 pieces per style/color/size, please get in touch with us here. In most cases, total order can be accumulated weekly and monthly by arrangement. Wholesales Registration is required to received discount code to use at check out. 

Payments

We accept online instant payments by Credit Cards, Paypal, Bank transfer and soon we will be have Afterpay.

We require immediate payment after you place an order. Unfortunately in most cases, we will not be able to hold items before full payment is made due to high volume of transaction we received per day. If there is any reason the item(s) you ordered & paid become unavailable, we will notify you and make a necessary arrangement for that particular items (change of variant, refunds or credit).

You should receive your package within 7 - 14 working days after full payment depending on country location.

Most of the products have no minimum order quantity. However for wholesales order, the minimum amount of $200 each order is requested (excluding delivery cost) or postage & handling fee will be $100.

Return Policy

Defective Items (applicable to wholesales order only)

If for some reason the item is defective:
- Please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
- Please send the picture of the defective item and send it to us by email. Once your case is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your case.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- If we reject your case, all items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. We require you to use a registered or insured delivery. We cannot be held responsible if for some reason the items are not safely delivered to us.  In order to compensation for the loss of our wholesales customers, through our assessment, we will give your some more discounts on the next order.
